RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Further details to your case can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team.
If you would like to return your non-defective unused item (in the original packaging), please email support@savilandofficial.com . After we handle your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return/exchange. Any returned items received by Saviland without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully.
What items cannot be returned?
- A replacement product
- Free gifts
- Products bought from a third party (e.g. Walmart, Amazon, Mercado, etc.)
- Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)
- Any product under the value of $30
- Individual items from any gift bundle
Are there any charges on returns?
Returns are free for customers inside the United States. Customers inside Canada will be charged a $5 USD handling fee.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for returning the package and the cost of shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.
